Jaya Farrer is an American historical fantasy author currently living in Scotland. She is attending University of Edinburgh for her Master’s degree in Comparative Literature while immersing herself in witchy and supernatural history.

When she isn’t writing, she enjoys spending time in the gym, baking bread, perfecting her paint-by-numbers skills, or thinking of all the reasons she would have been burned as a witch hundreds of years ago. Book of Blood is her first novel.
